Sizes may vary but in general:

small/medium: 3/4" (2cm) in diameter 2 3/8" (6cm) long fits lessor toes (3,4,5) and snug on most 2nd toes.

Large/extra large: 1" (2.5cm) in diameter 2 3/8" (6cm) long fits most 2nd toes and snug on big toe.

XXL :  1 3/16"in diameter and 2 1/2" long. Fits larger big toes.

Directions: Apply to clean dry foot. Roll gel cap inside out, then place gel top over the toe and roll onto toe. Gel should be against the skin. Remove cap at least 4 hours a day to allow skin to breathe.

Care: Hand wash in mild soapy water. RInse thoroughly. Press against towel to remove excess moisture. The air dry completely. Once dry, if needed, lightly dust gel with powder if it becomes sticky after washing.

.Warning: If you have diabetes poor circulation neuropathy with numbness tingling of the feet, consult physician before use. Do not place product on open wound or broken or inflamed skin.
