I'm a retired physician and unfortunately got very severe metatarsalgia after increasing walking after hip replacement. I tried many different met pads and other products from Amazon , as well as seeing my local podiatrist who gave me some customer orthotics which did not help on any of my pain. 🙄 The only thing that helped me was Dr Gaffney's very thick and adjustable metatarsal pads. Thank you very much for assisting me and reducing this very painful condition ! They are definitely the best pads out there after trying several.
