It depends on your location and shipping method. Typical transit is 2–7 business days within the continental U.S. -
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No — currently we only offer U.S. shipping. -
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. -
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging minus the shipping cost. Gently used products may be eligible for a 50% refund. Please submit photos for evaluation. Please check out our full refund policy here. -
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email sales@drgaffneybestfoot.com or call or text 423-302-0859 with your order number and reason. We’ll issue a Return Authorization and send instructions. -
Who pays return shipping?
You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.). -
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return (usually within 10 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. -
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) upon verification.

Are your products safe for all foot conditions?
Our products are curated by a podiatrist, but they are NOT a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a foot condition, consult your doctor before using. ** Persons with diabetes, poor circulation, or neuropathy should not use these products until their own podiatrist evaluates their foot for safety of use. -
Can I combine discounts or use coupon codes with free shipping?
Certain coupons and free shipping may not stack. Any exclusions or stacking rules will be noted in the coupon terms.

You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track orders more easily. -
