Wide --Length: 5 3/4" diameter: 3/4" fits lessor toes: 2,3,4
Narrow-- Length 5 3/4" diameter 3/8" fits the 5th toe

DIRECTIONS: Trim with scissors for desired length, slip over toe. Readjust if necessary. Remove before bed and remove for at least 4 hours a day.
CARE: Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with powder if gel becomes tacky.
