Gel Toe Spacer/spreader

Gel spacers help reduce irritation between adjacent, overlapping, or crowded toes.

The bigger sized gel toe spacer/toe spreaders help align and straighten the big toe, helping it function better—which in turn reduces the bunion prominence and decreases pressure here.

Due to their soft, conforming properties, these spreaders are extremely comfortable. The gel material will outlast similar products made from felt or foam.

Bigger sized gel toe spacers are used as an interdigital wedge for a bunion deformity.

Mainly used to separate the big toe from the 2nd toe, but any size of gel spacer can help with overlapping toes, toe drift, or crooked toes that rub. It can be trimmed with scissors to provide a more customized fit.

2 per pack — Sizes: Small, Medium, Large

General size recommendations:

• Small: Use between 4th and 5th toes
• Medium: Fits women's shoe sizes 5 to 10, men's sizes 6–9
• Large: Fits women's shoe sizes 10+, men's sizes 9+

Directions: Apply the narrow part of the spacer to the base of the web space. Apply socks or hosiery carefully over the spacer and adjust as needed.

CARE: Hand-wash with warm soapy water, rinse and air dry.

Warnings: If you have diabetes, poor circulation, or neuropathy (numbness or tingling in the feet), consult a physician or foot specialist before use. Do not use on broken, inflamed skin or open wounds. If pain, irritation, or additional discomfort occurs, stop use and consult a foot specialist. Remove before bed and for at least 4 hours during the day. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
