Say goodbye to painful pressure from curled or bent-under toes with this hammer toe gel crest pad! Designed to slip comfortably under your toes, it gently lifts toe tips—helping to reduce pressure on the tips of the toes and corns there making it easier to stay comfortable in shoes throughout the day.
The soft gel pad cushions and elevates toes that tend to curl under (like with claw toes), while the built-in toe loop keeps everything securely in place. Choose left or right for a more personalized fit and better support where you need it most.

FAQ
FAQ
1.Will a gel crest pad feel bulky in tight shoes?
Short answer: It can. Gel adds lift and thickness under the toe tips, reducing toe-box space. There might not be enough room in a very narrow toe box dress shoes.
Workaround: Try a suede- fabric (thinner) crest pad ( https://drgaffneybestfoot.com/products/hammer-toe-splint-suede-fabric-crest-pad ) or choose roomier footwear for gel.
2. How long can I wear pads each day?
Usually, they can be worn several hours a day without any problems but should be left off for 4 hours daily and overnight. Remove daily though to inspect skin as the gel is occlusion and can cause skin maceration in certain individuals. If you feel numbness, tingling, or new pain, stop and refit. If it continues with use stop wearing crest pad. Feet and toes can swell toward the end of the day. So if the loop gets tight as the day goes on, remove it for the day.
3. Can I combine products (e.g., crest + cap)?
Yes—common for severe tip pain: crest to lift + cap to cushion.
4. How long do these last?
Months if not over a year
Longevity depends on amount of usage, and care.
