Measurements: 2 1/2 inches by 3/4 inch. can be trimmed to fit.

Directions: With wide end pointing toward the big toe and flat side facing the floor position the cushion under the lesser toes. Slip strap over the 2nd 3rd or 4th toe. Pull loose end of the strap gently until cushion fits comfortably against the skin. Do not adjust the straps too tightly. When removing from the foot,  slide off splint carefully to prevent strap from slipping out of the slot.

Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press against towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.

Warnings: Do not overtighten loop/ strap. Adjusting too tightly will prevent proper circulation.If you have diabetes for circulation or neuropathy (numbness, tingling of the feet) consult your physician before using. If numbness discoloration irritation and additional pain occurs discontinued use immediately. Do not to wear bed. Remove at least four hours during the day. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin. If symptoms persist visit a foot specialist. Keep out of reach of children and pets .
