  • My favorite metatarsal pad as being most effective for offloading neuromas, sore ball of the foot.
  • Self-Adhering dense felt can be worn on the foot or insole of shoe or orthotic.
  • Protects and offloads metatarsal heads allowing better alignment for toe joint function.
  • Helps to redestribute pressure at the ball of the foot to prevent calluses and reduce pain .

Adhesive-backed felt metatarsal pad designed to relieve metatarsal and ball-of-foot pain, Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, forefoot calluses, sesamoiditis, and more. It can be adhered to the foot directly or worn under the insole of a shoe to offload the ball of the foot. It can last much longer when applied to the shoe insole or orthotic. WARNINGS

DIRECTIONS
Placing these pads in the correct spot is important for your comfort. Please open the QR code below of a video to instruct on proper placement. Position with narrow end (bottom) pointing towards the heel. Most people prefer the top of the pad positioned just behind the metatarsal heads, to offload pressure. Others prefer them directly on, or covering the metatarsal heads for extra cushioning, however, placing behind the metatarsals as shown in the video is the most effective way to take pressure off painful area at the ball of the foot. Test placement for comfort. To apply to feet, shoes or insoles, remove adhesive covering, press firmly into place. For secure positioning, apply to clean, dry surfaces. Do not leave on skin for more than a day or two. Pull skin away from pad gently when removing from foot. Keep dry to extend lifespan of product. The pad can be trimmed and beveled with scissors.
