Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Gently used products may be eligible for a 50% refund. Please submit photos for evaluation. Excessively worn items are not eligible for return or refund. Please see the complete return and refund policy here.

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
